We also handle workspace, invoice, quote, client, and customer information you enter into Billwhirl, including contact details, invoice details, notes, payment-status information, and documents generated through the service.

We may also collect service-use information, such as pages viewed, features used, device and browser details, and events that help us understand how the service is functioning. We do not ask you to enter payment-card details into Billwhirl; hosted checkout and payment processing are provided by our payment platform and its providers.

Cookies and browser storage

Billwhirl and its service providers use cookies or similar browser storage where needed to operate sessions and authentication. If analytics is enabled, analytics tools may also use cookies or local browser storage to measure site and product usage. We may store campaign parameters in session storage so they persist while you move through the site.

Billwhirl is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the request.
